Servicio de FreeHosting con Red Social que promete pagar por nuestros videos de 400 a 2000 Dólares.
Aún no hemos comprendido muy bien la dimámica de esta página de videos, que nos ofrece nuestra propia página bajo su dominio, y su funcionamiento parece no demasiado fluido... pero ya hemos colgado nuestro video en espera de la transferencia prometida a nuestra cuanta Paypal...

Mientras esperamos el ingreso (?) nos encontramos con este apartado en los términos de uso:

You represent and warrant that (i) you have the legal right and authority to grant the rights granted herein, (ii) neither the Materials nor exercise of the rights granted to TMFT Enterprises under this Agreement, including, without limitation, the public display, public performance, distribution, or reproduction of the Materials, or portions or derivative works thereof, will violate or infringe upon the copyright, literary, privacy, publicity, trademark, service mark or any other personal, contractual or property right of any person or entity anywhere in the world, (iii) the Materials do not constitute a libel or defamation of any third party, and (iv) you are the sole owner of the Materials and all rights therein, and that the Materials are original to you."

Queridos, queridas: Es una auténtica plaga!!!
Parece lo más normal del mundo que tengamos que ceder-regalar todos nuestros derechos sobre el material audiovisual que publicamos en los servicios de alojamiento gratuito.
Los profesionales de la imagen sabemos muy bien lo que esto representa. Si bien puede ser útil para poder en la red material promocional, tambien cedemos todos los derechos que representamos directa o indirectamente, como los derechos de imagen de las personas que aparecen en videos y/o fotos y/o los derechos de autor de la música que acompaña a las imágenes...

Un aficionado o usuario ingenuo, en la práctica, puede encontrarse su video o fotografias publicadas, dios sabe donde, sin ningún tipo de aviso ni compensación económica: En cualquier programa de videos domésticos de cualquier cadena del mundo, en cualquier recopilación de este tipo en cualquier soporte o, incluso, en vete a saber que nuevo anuncio de coca-cola... sin que ni siquiera se dignen a conservar tus "derechos morales" de mención de la autoría.

Se comenta, en algunos foros especializados, que el auténtico negocio de estas webs es hacerse con todos los derechos de los videos e imágenes para capitalizarlos como un activo y/o venderlos a una tercera compañía en condición de proveedor de contenidos. Si es así, estamos ante una nueva estafa en internet.

Twango es una bonita web que ofrece variedad de servicios de alojamiento y publicación muy bien integrados, entrelazados y relacionados mediante su propia red social de usuarios, con algún extra muy interesante para interactuar con otros programas. PERO NO COMENTAREMOS NADA MAS SOBRE ELLO YA QUE SUS CONDICIONES DE USO SON INACEPTABLES. Lástima!!!

Jim Laurel, co-fundador de Twango Inc., nos aclara en el siguiente comentario su respeto y el de su compañía por nuestros derechos de autor. De todos modos y ciñéndonos al contenido de los Términos de Uso las palabras "IRREVOCABLE" y "PERPETUO" están de más y son totalmente inaceptables dentro de un contrato de uso.

Nos encanta todas las muchas y buenas prestaciones de este portal, pero mientras esas dos palabras malditas estén negro sobre blanco en sus Términos de Uso nos vemos obligados a catalogarlo como servicio freehost NO RECOMENDADO por condiciones abusivas...
